Batam – Srikandinews.com. Itwasda Polda Kepri Kombes. Pol. Sri Satyatama, S.I.K., M.H., M.M., M.Han., laksanakan kegiatan Rapat Kerja Pengawasan Tahun 2024 dengan tema “Penguatan Fungsi Pengawasan Polri yang Presisi Berbasis Digital dalam Rangka Mendukung Percepatan Transformasi Ekonomi Inklusif dan Berkelanjutan yang dilaksanakan di Hotel Asia link Lubuk Baja Kota Batam. Selasa (28/5/2024).
Kegiatan tersebut turut dihadiri oleh PPKP Provinsi Kepri, BPKB RI, PJU Polda Kepulauan Riau, Para Kasubbag Renmin Satker Polda Kepri, Para Operator Audit dan Menajemen Resiko, serta Para Kasiwas dan Kasi Propam Polres/ta jajaran.
Kemudian kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan kata sambutan Kapolda Kepri Irjen. Pol. Drs. Yan Fitri Halimansyah, M.H., yang dibacakan langsung oleh Irwasda Polda Kepri Kombes. Pol. Sri Satyatama, S.I.K., M.H., M.M., M.Han., menyampaikan rasa syukur kehadirat Allah SWT atas kesempatan yang diberikan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan Rakerwas Itwasda ini. Beliau mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh personil Polda Kepri dan jajaran atas dedikasi dan loyalitas yang telah memberikan kontribusi terhadap capaian Polda Kepri selama tahun 2024.
“Lebih lanjut, Polri berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan mutu dan pencegahan korupsi dengan membangun zona Integritas (ZI) menuju Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (WBK) dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (WBBM). Presiden Joko Widodo mengamanatkan TNI-Polri untuk cepat beradaptasi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi, melakukan deteksi dini, mengambil langkah antisipasi, dan meningkatkan profesionalisme serta pelayanan kepada masyarakat,” Ucap Irwasda Polda Kepri Kombes. Pol. Sri Satyatama, S.I.K., M.H., M.M., M.Han.,
“Polri telah mendapatkan penilaian dari BPKP dalam kapabilitas APIP dan maturitas SPIP terintegrasi Level 4, yang menunjukkan perubahan nyata menuju perbaikan dalam perencanaan strategis dan kinerja, struktur dan proses, pencapaian tujuan, manajemen risiko indeks, dan indeks efektivitas pengendalian korupsi,” Jelas Irwasda Polda Kepri Kombes. Pol. Sri Satyatama, S.I.K., M.H., M.M., M.Han.,
Berbagai Prestasi Yang Telah Dicapai Polri Tentunya Tidak terlepas dari kinerja fungsi Pengawasan Yang Dilaksanakan Oleh Inspektorat Pengawasan Dearah Polda Kepri, diantaranya::
1. Penilaian terhadap laporan keuangan Polri sepuluh tahun berturut-turut sejak 2013 hingga 2023 mendapatkan opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari BPK RI.
2. Hasil evaluasi akuntabilitas kinerja Polri dari Kemenpan RB RI setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan, dengan nilai 75,20 kategori BB (Baik) pada tahun 2023.
3. Penghargaan dari Kementerian PAN-RB terkait pembangunan zona integritas menuju WBK dan WBBM atas pelayanan publik yang diberikan oleh jajaran Polri, dengan Polda Kepri memperoleh WBK untuk dua satker (Ditkrimum dan Ditintelkam) serta satu Polres/ta (Polresta Barelang). Bidpropam Polda Kepri juga memperoleh WBK dari penilaian Kapolri pada tahun 2022.
4. Kepatuhan pelaporan LHKPN dengan tingkat 100%, dengan seluruh 349 pejabat penyelenggara negara di Polda Kepri telah melaporkan LHKPN.
5. Pelaksanaan tindak lanjut terhadap hasil temuan audit dari BPK-RI hanya memerlukan waktu 7 hari setelah penyerahan hasil audit kepada Kapolda Kepri, dari batas waktu 30 hari.
“Capaian-capaian ini tidak terlepas dari peran aktif jajaran Inspektorat dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi pengawasan pada Polri. Oleh karena itu, saya berharap agar kinerja yang telah dicapai ini dapat dipertahankan, ditingkatkan, dan lebih diperkuat di masa mendatang. Hal ini penting agar Polri terus berkontribusi dalam menciptakan tata kelola yang baik, transparan, dan akuntabel, serta memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat,” Tutup Irwasda Polda Kepri Kombes. Terakhir, Kabidhumas Polda Kepri Kombes. Pol. Zahwani Pandra Arsyad, S.H., M.Si., menambahkan pesan kepada masyarakat yang ingin mengadukan atau melihat peta kerawanan serta memerlukan bantuan kepolisian dapat menghubungi Call Center polisi 110 atau unduh aplikasi Polri Super Apps di Googleplay/APP Store.
