Desa Ehosakhozi, Kabupaten Nias – Srikandinews.Com Mantan Bupati Nias, Drs. Sokhiatulo Laoli, MM menghadiri acara pembukaan Sidang Majelis Sinode Gereja AMIN tahun 2024 se-Wilayah VIII yang berlangsung di Gereja AMIN Jemaat Sisarahili, Desa Ehosakhozi, Kecamatan Hiliserangkai, Kabupaten Nias. Kamis (07/02/2024).
Kegiatan itu mengusung tema “Aku Adalah Yang Awal dan Yang Akhir” dengan Sub tema Dengan Pertolongan Tuhan Kita Tingkat Kualitas Iman Yang Tangguh, Mandiri dan Peduli menghadapi Perubahan Dunia yang Cepat.
Dalam sambutan, Drs. Sokhiatulo Laoli, MM menyampaikan bahwa penyelenggaraan persidangan Majelis Sinode Gereja Amin Tahun 2024 dapat menumbuhkan kesempatan yang baik untuk duduk bersama mengevaluasi program dalam pelayanan.
“Marilah kita menjunjung tinggi hasil keputusan dan ciptakan program yang baik serta rencanakan hal yang positif agar Gereja AMIN bisa berkembang dengan tetap mengandalkan Tuhan, “Ungkap Sokhiatulo Laoli.
Oleh karena itu, Sokhiatulo Laoli mengajak untuk bersama sama bergandengan tangan dengan adanya berbagai program yang diputuskan nantinya supaya bisa meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kerukunan umat beragama.
“Kita berharap agar nilai-nilai ketuhanan dan kemanusiaan dapat berjalan seiring dan sesuai dengan ajaran Tuhan, “harapnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua Panitia Marlius Laoli dalam laporannya menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini dengan tujuan untuk melaksanakan persidangan Sinode Gereja AMIN Tahun 2024 dengan mengevaluasi, membahas dan menetapkan program yang akan dilaksanakan kedepan.
“Memang ini hal yang wajib dan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan nanti selama 2 (Dua) hari yang berkaitan tentang keagamaan khususnya Nasrani, ” Tuturnya.
Marlinus Laoli juga mengaku merasa bangga sesuai keputusan bersama bahwa pelaksanaan sidang Sinode kali ini dapat di gelar di Gereja AMIN Jemaat Sisarahili.
“Tentu suatu kebanggaan kami secara khusus Jemaat Gereja AMIN Sisarahili dan memohon maaf bila fasilitas tempat kurang sempurna, ” Pungkasnya.
Pada kesempatan itu, turut hadir Yaatulo Gulo (Bupati Nias) Drs. Arisman Zagoto (Mantan DPR RI) Yaredi Laoli, S.Pd (Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Nias), Pdt. Berkat Kurniawan Laoli (Anggota DPRD Propinsi Sumut VIII), Yobedi Laoli, SE (Anggota DPRD Kota Gunungsitoli), Sadarman Laoli (Caleg DPRD Kabupaten Nias Dapil III), Camat Hiliserangkai, Kepala Desa Ehosakhozi, BPHMS, BPHMJ, Majelis Pertimbangan, BPKP serta tamu undangan lainnya.
