Dengan alasan lambatnya bahan material membuat proyek itu separoh gagal,,menurut informasi yang berhasil di himpun dari masyarakat desa Tulang bahwa yang menjadi pemicu keterlambatan proyek tersebut adalah di bahan bangunan ungkap sumber pekerja mau pun masyarakat setempat.
Namun sejauh ini,,kadis PUPR Kepri Abu Bakar telah dua kali meninjau proyek tersebut dan juga ia berharap agar proyek ini harus di siapkan tuturnya ketika meninjau proyek mini zoo di desa Tulang Minggu yang lalu.
Apalagi pejabat pembuat komitmen PUPR Kepri agak emosi melihat proyek mini zoo yang belum kelar dan belum mencapai 80%, sehingga timbul kekesalan kepada kontraktor ketika memonitoring proyek itu beberapa Minggu yang lalu.
Gubernur Kepri Ansar Ahmad juga akan mengunjungi desa Tulang,sekalian meninjau proyek dari APBD provinsi Kepri,namun informasi kapan Ansar Ahmad datang belum dapat di pastikan
