Rantauprapat – Srikandinews.com Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Perkumpulan Pemuda Nusantara Jawa Sumatera (PENJARA) Labuhanbatu Raya melaporkan tiga Kades (Kepala Desa) di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu ke Polres Labuhanbatu terkait dugaan pelanggaran prosedur dalam pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desanya (APBDes).
Melalui surat resmi dengan Nomor: 004/LB/1/2025, Nomor: 005/LB/1/2025, dan Nomor: 006/LB/1/2025, PENJARA melaporkan Kepala Desa Emplasemen Aek Nabara, Kecamatan Bilah Hulu, Kepala Desa Bagan Bilah, Kecamatan Panai Hulu, dan Kepala Desa Babussalam, Kecamatan Marbau, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Laporan ini disampaikan pada Jumat (31/1/2025).
Menurut keterangan dari pihak DPC Perkumpulan PENJARA Labuhanbatu Raya, melalui Wakil Ketua R. Sitompul laporan tersebut berkaitan dengan dugaan penyalahgunaan prosedur dalam pelaporan pertanggung jawaban yang diduga mengabaikan peraturan pemerintah mengenai pengelolaan APBDes. Penyalahan prosedur ini diharapkan dapat diselidiki lebih lanjut oleh pihak kepolisian guna memastikan kejelasan dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana desa.
Kami selaku Pihak DPC Perkumpulan PENJARA Labuhanbatu Raya berharap, dengan adanya laporan ini, proses hukum dapat berjalan secara adil dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, guna menjaga integritas dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan anggaran desa di wilayah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Saat ini, pihak kepolisian Polres Labuhanbatu masih melakukan pemeriksaan terkait laporan tersebut.
Dan kami mendesak dan berharap agar aparat penegak hukum serius dan benar-benar dalam menegak hukum.
“Kami mendesak dalam hal ini Polres Labuhan batu agar mengumpulkan data dan bahan keterangan untuk menindak lanjutin dugaan penyimpangan dana desa yang di lakukan beberapa kepala desa yang kita laporkan.”kataya.
Jika ada nanti ditemukan kerugian negara agar di proses sesuai dengan peraturan hukum tindak pidana korupsi.”pungkasnya. ( tim )
