Nias Selatan. Srikandinews.Com – Mantan Bupati Nias, Drs. Sokhiatulo Laoli, MM melakukan kunjungan di Pulau Tello Wilayah Kabupaten Nias Selatan, Sumatera Utara bersama rombongan dengan berlayar dari Pelabuhan Nias Selatan menggunakan speedboat bermerek Baracuda yang berkapasitas 15 penumpang.
Dalam kunjungan ini, Sokhiatulo Laoli bersama Ketua DPC Demokrat Nias Selatan, Ranto Dakhi, Naomi Harefa (Caleg DPRD Provinsi Sumut VIII), serta beberapa Pengurus Partai Demokrat Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Rabu (24/01/2024)
“Hari ini kita berkunjung ke Pulau Tello daerah Pulau Pulau Batu untuk melakukan kunjungan sosialisasi, “Ungkap Sokhiatulo Laoli Caleg DPR RI Nomor Urut 10 Dapil II Sumut dari Partai Demokrat.
Dalam perjalanan terlihat langit sedikit mendung, ombak pun terlihat bergemuruh siap mengombang- ambingkan perjalanan menuju pulau telo dengan perjalanan ditempuh sekitar 3 jam lamanya. Namun cukup membasahi dengan air laut berasam garam jika tidak berteduh pada pakaian berbaju mantel plastik.
Sokhiatulo Laoli terlihat duduk dibangku bersama Ranto Dakhi dan ianya kadang menutup mata dengan membiarkan ditepis hembusan angin laut dan sesekali ia menengadah ke atas membentangkan kedua tangannya kesamping dan diangkatnya sebahu. Mirip orang yang sedang berdoa.
Saat berlayar semakin jauh perjalanan, rombongan berpakaian Demokrat selalu membangkitkan semangat dengan berteriak histeris, “Hidup Demokrat…!!!, Demokrat Siap Berlayar dan terdengar menggema bersahut- sahutan.
Setelah melalui terpaan gelombang yang menggulung dan kadang membuat speadboat yang kami tumpangi itu melayang- layang akhirnya tibalah di sebuah dermaga pelabuhan pulau telo.
“Jujur saya baru perdana berlayar melalui Speadboad ini dan sungguh di luar dugaan rasanya hingga sampai berlabuh dengan selamat, “Ungkap Sokhiatulo.
Kemudian, Sokhiatulo Laoli sesudah memasuki lapangan Dermaga pelabuhan, ianya bersama rombongannya berjalan kaki menuju salah satu lokasi penginapan sambil menyapa-nyapa warga sekitar.
“Saat ini bersama rombongan sedang istrahat dan besok baru melakukan kunjungan sosialisasi kepada warga khususnya yang ada di pulau tello, “Pungkasnya.
