Dalam sembang itu,Abu bakar meminta agar dalam suatu pekerjaan di laksanakan dengan disiplin dan menyiapkan pekerjaan sesuai aturan tuturnya dengan penuh senyum.
Dalam sembang tersebut, kadis PU Kepri Abu Bakar meminta kepada masyarakat khususnya desa Tulang agar dapat membangun desa dengan semangat kegotong Royongan,ungkapnye seraya meninggalkan lokasi proyek tersebut.tim
