Seperti, Reformasi Birokrasi (Rekruitment dan promosi jabatan), Pengadaan barang dan jasa, Filantropi/sumbangan pihak ketiga.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Ketua KPK RI saat Rapat Koordinasi dengan Menteri Dalam Negeri, Gubernur, Bupati/Walikota se-Indonesia yang digelar secara virtual, Senin (24/01/2022).
Masih kata Ketua KPK, ruang yang juga dapat menjerat korupsi adalah Recofusing dan Realokasi anggaran Covid-19 untuk APBD dan APBN, Pengadaan jaring pengaman sosialsosial/social safety NET untuk pemerintah pusat dan daerah, Pemulihan ekonomi nasional,
dan Pengesahan RAPBD dan Laporan Pertanggung Jawaban Keuangan Kepala Daerah (LPJKD).
Highlight hasil survei penilaian integritas sebaran resiko korupsi yakni, penyalahgunaan fasilitas kantor 99 %, korupsi dalam Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa (PBJ) 100 %, korupsi dalam promosi/ mutasi SDM 99 %, suap/ gratifikasi 98 % , intervensi (trading in influence) 99 %.
Sementara untuk indeks integritas Pemerintah Provinsi nilai terendah yakni 69.3, Pemerintah Kabupaten Kota 70.9, Pemerintah Kota 71.9, Kementrian 80.3 dan terakhir lembaga non Pemerintah yakni 81.9.
Ketua KPK menambahkan, KPK dalam mencegah korupsi sudah melakukan upaya melalui pendekatan pendidikan dan perbaikan sistem pemerintahan.
Pemberantasan korupsi juga membutuhkan sebuah orkestrasi dengan menciptakan sistem integritas nasional yang dimana setiap kamar–kamar kekuasaan harus mengambil peran dalam rangka pemberantasan korupsi.
Masih kata Ketua KPK, bahwa jangan pernah mengira KPK hanya ada di ibukota, mata KPK hanya ada di ibukota tapi harus diingat mata KPK itu adalah seluruh masyarakat Indonesia.
Ia juga berharap Indonesia bersih dari korupsi karena ia menyakini kalau Kepala Daerah merupakan putra/putri terbaik pilihan rakyat Indonesia untuk membangun Indonesia. (Wes/dkplpg/red).
