Gunungsitoli, Srikandinews.com Seorang terduga kasus Perbuatan Cabul Terhadap Anak Dibawah Umur terhadap koban alias TG di Desa Gunungbaru oleh inisial LHZ akhirnya ditetapkan jadi tersangka, Selasa (19/03/24).
Bermula dari laporan DG ke Polres Nias bahwa LHZ (57) telah melakukan dugaan Perbuatan Cabul terhadap Anaknya, sehingga LHZ akhirnya ditetapkan jadi tersangka.
Diketahui oleh Pelapor Alias DG pada surat pemberitahuan perkembangan hasil penyidikan Nomor : B/514.B/III/RES.1.24/2023/Reskrim, tertanggal 18 Maret 2024.
Penetapan status tersangka terhadap LHZ (57), diduga terkait kasus Perbuatan Cabul terhadap Anak Dibawah Umur, sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 82 ayat (1) Jo Pasal 76E Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor : 17 tahun 2016 Tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 tahun 2016 Tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 tahun 2002 Jo Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 35 tahun 2014 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak, terhadap korban TG sesuai surat pemberitahuan penetapan tersangka Nomor : B/276.A/III/RES.1.24/2024/Reskrim tanggal 18 Maret 2024 yang ditandagani a.n Kepala Kepolisian Resort Nias Polda Sumut Kasat Reskrim Polres Nias (ISKANDAR GINTING, S.H).
Sementara Ayah korban (AMA SELI) merasa berterimakasih atas keterbukaan dalam penanganan kasus terhadap anaknya yang ditangani pihak Reskrim Polres Nias melalui tahap demi tahap, sehinga dugaan pelaku dapat ditetapkan tersangka, ucapnya kepada awak Media disalah satu warung kopi di Gunungsitoli, Selasa 19 Maret 2024, sekira pukul 13.20 Wib.
Lebih lanjut Ama Seli, berharap pemberlakuan yang sama dihadapan Hukum.
” Ya dimana anak saya telah menjadi korban, tentu juga kepada terduga pelaku tersebut dapat dilakukan penahanan secepatnya,” harapnya Ayah korban.
Ketua DPC LSM KPK-2 Kabupaten Nias Barat, Folo’o Zai Alias Ama Sion, menanggapi, bahwa Polres Nias telah melakukan gelar perkara, sesuai surat Pemberitahuan Perkembangan Hasil Penyelidikan dan Penyidikan. Hasilnya laporan status kasus tersebut dari tahap penyelidikan, Penyidikan menjadi Penetapan Tersangka, (19/03/24).
” Kita berikan apresiasi kepada Kapolres Nias bersama Jajarannya, yang sudah serius menangani kasus ini, setelah memberikan Surat Pemberitahuan Penetapan Tersangka Nomor : B/276.A/III/RES.1.24/2024/Reskrim tanggal 18 Maret 2024 yang di sampaikan kepada Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Gunungsitoli pada tanggal 18 Maret 2024, sesuai tembusan surat yang diterima Pelapor/Korban,” ugkapnya.
Ditempat yang sama, Yalisokhi Laoli, S.H sebagai Penasehat Hukum/ Kuasa Hukum Pelapor/Korban menyampaikan ucapan terimakasih, atas sikap tegas yang dilakukan Polres Nias. Tentu, keluarga Pelapor /Korban sangat bersyukur. Sekaligus masyarakat awam juga mengetahui kalau kinerja polisi tetap profesional dan serius ketika melindungi masyarakat.
” Kita juga akan tetap kawal kasus ini dengan mendampingi keluarga sampai proses hukum selanjutnya,” tegasnya.
