Bantahan tersebut dituangkan ke dalam surat yang dilayangkan oleh pihak pengacara bidan HB tertanggal 19 juli 2023 kepada Aminudin selaku keluarga Feraidah dalam rangka membalas surat ajakan mediasi secara kekeluargaan yang dikayangkan keluarga korban sebelumnya.
“Iya sangat disayangkan ya bidan sekelas Hasmiati tidak ada kepedulian terhadap keluarga kami. Bahkan dengan kemampuan finansial yang iya miliki ia berani membayar 5 (lima) orang pangacara hanya untuk membantah dan mengelak untuk bertanggung jawab. Luar biasa” jelas Aminudin keluarga dari Feraidah.
“Dalam surat yang dilayangkan pengacaranya dari Low Firm HAF & CO Frofesional Lawyers yang ditanda tangani Hendri Ardianayah S.H, M.H, Aswir Adeputra S.H, Terry Abdul Rahman S.H,M.H, Andika Nafka Razak S.H dan Rahmat Fadilah S.H juga membeberkan bahwa bidan Hasmiati adalah bidan profesional dan telah berpengalaman dalam melakukan pelayanan. Tapi perlu Hasmiati pahami, pada saat Feraidah suntik KB, bukan bidan Hasmiati yang melakukan suntik KB, melainkan asistennya. Dan perlu diketahui juga oleh bidan Hasmiati meskipun sudah disebut profesional tidak menutup kemungkinan sebagai manusia dapat terjadi kelalaian dan kealfaan.
Dan faktanya keluarga kami mengalami kebas dan keram sebagian tubuhnya timbul sesaat setelah dilakukan suntik KB oleh asiaten bidan Hasmiati.
Lalu pihak pengacara Bidan Hasmiati mengaku bahwa sebelumnya pihaknya sudah punya etikat baik mengajak musyawarah secara kekeluargaan serta bersedia berkoordinasi bersama dokter dan tenaga medis lain demi untuk pemeriksaan, perawatan dan pengobatan namun upaya itu di tolak oleh keluarga kami Feraidah, menurut kami itu tidak benar. Keluarga kami tidak tidak pernah menolak justru kami sangat berharap bidan Hasmiati datang dan menunjukkan simpatinya dengan memberikan pertolongan. Karna keluarga kami ga mungkin datang ke kediaman bidan Hasmiati dengan kondisi tidak bisa duduk di atas kendaran. Tapi sampai hari ini, bidan Hasmiati tidak pernah datang ke kediaman keluarga kami di dusun Srimulyo Negeri Sakti” tambahnya.
Sementara itu atas dasar info dari media online dr.Media Apriliana M.K.M kepaa Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesawaran merespon baik dan cepat dengan mengutus Kepala UPTD Puskesmas Bernung Lutufah Baiduri S.Km beserta jajarannya untuk datang dikediaman Feraidah guna memastikan kondisi kesehatannya. Menurut keterangan Latifah Baiduri kepada media ini jum’at (21-07-2023) setelah melihat langsung kondisi Feraidah mengatakan bahwa kondisi Feraidah, masih terbaring ditempat tidur, kondisi lemas dan belum dapat duduk atau duduk lama.
Bahwa pihak Puskesmas Bernung telah melakukan tanda vital pasien, memberi edukasi agar tidak stress karna dapat mempengaruhi tendi/ tekanan darah pasien dan ASI ibu karna Feraidah masih menyusui.
Memberi edukasi agar melatih bagian kaki agar selalu digerakkan secara bertahap agar tidak terjadi kaku dan kram permanen. Memberi suport untuk selalu semangat. Diminta datang ke Puskes Bernung jika memerlukan TL rujukan atau lainnya. (Dodi)
