Dumai, Riau – Srikandinews.com. Pembangunan Pedestrian jalan Janur Kuning Jaya Mukti Gedung, Kota Dumai, Riau, mendapat sorotan tajam dari DPP Forum LSM Riau Bersatu dan LSM Gakorpan DPD Prov. Riau.
Pasalnya, Pedestrian jalan Janur Kuning Jaya Mukti yang dikerjakan oleh CV. Rusma Indah, Anggaran dari APBD Tahun 2024 sebesar Rp. 9.400.000.000 dengan nilai kontrak Rp. 9.303.853.604,68 tersebut, dinilai tak sesuai spesifikasi.
Hal tersebut disampaikan, Ketua LSM Gerakan Anti Korupsi dan Penyelamatam Aset Negara (Gakorpan) DPD Riau, Rahmad Panggabean, di salah satu Rumah Makan, jalan Soekarno Hatta, Pekanbaru, Minggu (23/02/2025).
Ia juga menjelaskan, telah melayangkan surat klarifikasi kepada Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kota Dumai pada tanggan 19 Pebruari 2025 terkait pekerjaan tersebut.
“Iya. Kami telah melayangkan surat klarifikasi kepada Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kota Dumai atas beberapa item temuan kami di lapangan terkait pekerjaan tersebut,” ujar Rahmad kepada Awak Media.
Lanjutnya, langkah ini ditempuh LSM Gakorpan guna memberi kesempatan kepada Kadis Perhubungan Kota Dumai untuk mengklarifikasi temuan-temuan yang telah diinvestigasi beberapa hari yang lalu, sebelum semua data, berkas yang dimiliki diserahkan ke Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH).
Di tempat yang sama, Kordinator Investigasi dan Monitoring DPP Forum LSM Riau Bersatu, Devid, menambahkan, bahwa dari hasil investigasi dan monitoring atas pekerjaan Pembangunan Pedestrian jalan Janur Kuning Jaya Mukti yang telah dilakukan, mereka menilai; 1. Pengadaan tanah timbun tak sesuai kubikasi di RAB dengan situasi di lapangan, maka terjadi pengurangan volume terhadap kondisi pekerjaan, 2. Akibat kubikasi timbunan berkurang, maka terjadi ketidakstabilan pondisi lantai kerja, 3. Posisi lantai kerja tak dipadatkan secara maksimal, sehingga terjadi penurunan pondasi, terjadi pergerakan tanah.
Ditambahkannya, dirinya merasa heran, Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kota Dumai, Said Effendi, S.E., M.M, menerima hasil pekerjaan dari Kontraktor Pelaksana.
Sebelumnya, awak media pada Rabu (19/02/2025), telah meminta tanggapan Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kota Dumai terkait temuan dari kedua LSM tersebut, melalui pesan chat WhatsApp, namun, hingga berita ini ditayangkan belum mendapat balasan, meskipun pesan chat yang dikirim telah centang dua. (Tim)
