Tanjungpinang – Srikandinews.com Sebuah fasilitas umum (Fasum)yang digunakan sebagi akses jalan warga KM 11,Tanjungpinang Timur,ditutup dengan sebuah tembok setinggi 2 Meter oleh pemilik bangunan komplek pertokoan, tepatnya sebelah Warung Mbah Darmo,jalan KM 11,Kelurahan Air Raja, kecamatan Tanjungpinang Timur,kota Tanjungpinang.
Ditutupnya akses jalan warga tersebut sehingga membuat warga kebingungan dan terpaksa mencari jalan keluar masuk alternatif lain yang lebih jauh.
Menurut Warga yang enggan disebutkan namanya, mengakui bahwa sebelum komplek ruko tersebut, dibangun,ia dan warga lainnya menggunakan akses jalan yang kini ditembok setinggi 2 meter tersebut, sebagai akses jalan sehari harinya.
“Sejak jalan tersebut ditutup dengan dinding tembok ,Warga terpaksa mencari akses jalan alternatif lain yang cukup jauh memutar arah menuju dikediaman mereka”Keluh Warga.
Padahal kata Warga ,Akses jalan yang ditembok tersebut,sebenarnya fasilitas umum (Fasum)buat jalan warga. kenapa pula ditembok dan dimanfaatkan secara pribadi nya saja. “Berarti perjanjian atau ijin IMB yang diberikan oleh pemerintah batal demi hukum,jika fasilitas umum tersebut dimanfaatkan hanya pribadi nya saja”Pungkas Warga.
Hal tersebut kata Warga, Fasilitas umum jika dibangun sangat bertentangan dengan Peraturan daerah kota Tanjungpinang nomor 7 tahun 2010 “tentang bangunan gedung”Tutupnya.
Dari pantauan Tim media dilokasi.Tampak akses jalan berbentuk sebuah Gang diduga Fasilitas Umum (Fasum)yang terletak diantara komplek Ruko di KM 11,arah Tanjung uban,yang telah dilapasi oleh Semenisasi.
Dari sisi dalam terdapat sejumlah Gudang berpintu terbuat dari besi.sementara akses lokasi Gudang ditutupi dengan dinding tembok setinggi 2 meter.
Salah seorang pekerja yang berhasil ditemui di lokasi. Ia mengatakan pemilik nya Jefri,pemilik Toko jual beli Gibsun disekitaran batu 5” Katanya. Hingga berita ini diturunkan, belum ada satu pihak terkait yang berhasil dikonfirmasi. Sabtu (8/6/24) (suhaimi/Tim)
