Aceh, Langsa – srikandinews.com. Geuchik (kepala desa-red) se kota Langsa mengikuti bimtek ke kota Medan selama Empat hari, sebenarnya menjadikan polemik ataupun masalah yang sangat luar biasa dan harus di selesaikan, karena sejatinya dana desa itu di peruntukan untuk kepentingan desa dan masyarakat pada umumnya.
Keterangan Geuchik ( kades )yang tidak bersedia di sebut namanya saat di konfimasi awak media Minggu (24-09-2023) mengatakan ” Pada tanggal 20 September 2023 seluruh Geuchik 66 Desa se kota Langsa sudah berangkat ke kota Medan guna mengikuti BIMTEK, rata – rata per desa mengutus sebanyak dua orang dan wajib menyetor ke panitia BIMTEK sebesar Rp. 7.000.000 ( tujuh juta rupiah ), jika kita kalkulasikan 66 desa x 2 x 7.000.000 = Rp 924.000.000 ( Sembilan ratus dua puluh emoat juta rupiah ) jumlah nominal tersebut mendekati sebesar Satu milyar rupiah, dan itu belum termasuk uang saku para peserta dan di instruksikan setiap desa mengirimkan 3 orang peserta, luar biasa bukan, menjadi sebuah tanda tanya (?) bagaimana pula bila benar yang wajib mengikuti BIMTEK sebanyak Tiga orang dari setiap desa, tentunya mencapai dana Rp 1.386.000.000,- bukankah semua itu merupakan pemborosan dana yang bersumber dari dana desa” keluhnya
Lanjut penjelasan Geuchik ” Demi kenyamanan penggunaan dana desa sejujurnya BIMTEK ini sangat membebani kami para Geuchi. Bukan kami tidak setuju di gelar BIMTEK , Kami baru saja pulang mengikuti BIMTEK di Medan, dengan berat hati harus kami jalani, Mengingat para pemangku jabatan yang punya ambisi mengadakan kegiatan BIMTEK ini. Dalam 1 tahun bisa 4 sampai 5 kali kami mengikuti BIMTEK ke berbagai daerah bahkan pernah juga mengikuti BIMTEK hingga ke Pulau Jawa, dalam setahun bisa mengeluarkan dana desa Jutaan rupiah hanya untuk BIMTEK belum lagi dana-dana lainya, oleh karena itu kami sangat berharap kepada para pemangku kekuasaan baik itu Pemerintahan kota Langsa dan Intansi Vertikal, sudah sampai di sini saja BIMTEK tersebut, beri kami ruang untuk menerapkan hasil BIMTEK, sehingga ada manfaat bagi masyarakat serta gunakan dana yang ada memang benar-benar untuk kemakmuran desa ” hibahnya.
Menurut Geuchik yang lain, juga tidak mau di sebut namanya mengatakan, Jika mau jujur, tidak ada Geuchik yang senang dengan BIMTEK ini, tetapi kami bisa berbuat apa (?) semua demi kepentingan pemangku kekuasaan yang otoriter, kami para Geuchik tidak berdaya. Kegiatan BIMTEK walau berat hati harus kami mengikutinya bahkan tidak jarang mencari pinjaman uang terlebih dahulu karena anggaran dana desa belum bisa di cairkan” rintihnya.
