Medan, Sumut – Srikandinews.com Jerit tangis luka di hati sekira 200 KK warga kecamatan Sibiru-biru tidak terbendung lagi di perkantoran BWS Medan , mengharapkan keadilan hukum atas pemberian nilai harga tanah yang dianggap belum menyentuh keadilan oleh Kantor Jasa Penilaian Publik (KJPP) MBPRU cabang Medan sebagai instansi pemberi nilai/harga tanah masyarakat, yang berkantor di Ira Building Lt 1 Jln Cactus Raya Blok J No.1 Komplek Taman Setia Budi Indah Tanjung Sari, lebih kejam lagi belum adanya dibayarkan uang ganti rugi tanah kepada masyarakat sekira 200 kepala keluarga mendatangi kantor Balai Wilayah Sungai Sumatera II Medan untuk melakukan rapat kordinasi.
200 KK tersebut yang bermukim di desa Sari Labah Jahe,desa Rumah Gerat,desa Kuala Dekah,desa Penen dan desa Mardinding,sampai saat ini sekira 7 (tujuh) tahun terhitung dari tahun 2017,masyarakat yang bermukim di 5 (lima) desa tersebut masih terus berjuang untuk mendapatkan hak ganti rugi tanahnya yang sudah menjadi proyek strategis nasional (PSN) Bendungan Lau Simeme di kecamatan Biru-biru kabupaten Deli Serdang.
Menindaklanjuti aksi damai masyarakat 200 kepala keluarga yang berlangsung beberapa waktu yang lalu di halaman kantor Balai Wilayah Sungai (BWS) Sumatera II, pihak BWS Sumatera II Medan bersama Kantor Kebijakan Penilaian Publik (KJPP) memanggil perwakilan masyarakat yang tanahnya belum dibayar gantirugi untuk mengadakan pertemuan dalam acara rapat kordinasi Senin (04-11-2024.
Rapat kordinasi tersebut turut dihadiri Kapolresta Deli Serdang Kombes Pol Irsan Sinuhaji S.i.K., M.H, Dandim 0204/Deli Serdang Letkol Inf Alex Sandri, SHub Int, MHI dan instansi terkait.Rapat kordinasi dipimpin langsung oleh kepala Balai Wilayah Sungai Sumatera II Medan Agus Safari.
“Karena Kantor Jasa Penilaian Publik (KJPP) cabang Medan memberikan nilai harga tanah masyarakat yang 200 KK tersebut dinilai tidak berkeadilan.Karena KJPP ada yang memberi nilai harga tanah permeter Rp 15.000,- (Lima belas ribu rupiah) ,Rp 20.000,- (Dua puluh ribu rupiah),Rp 25.000,- (Dua puluh lima ribu rupiah),Rp 80.000,- (Delapan puluh ribu rupiah),Rp 90.000,- (Sembilan puluh ribu rupiah) bahkan ada yang Rp 100.000,- (Seratus ribu rupiah),Rp 200.000,- (Dua ratus ribu rupiah) dan Rp 300.000,- (Tiga ratus ribu rupiah).Sementara tanah kami itu satu kesatuan yang sudah digunakan oleh proyek strategis nasional (PSN) Bendungan Lau Simeme mengapa nilai harga tanah kami bisa berbeda-beda nilainya ”beber Julianus Ginting selaku perwakilan masyarakat kepada awak media usia rapat kordinasi dengan Instansi terkait di kantor Balai Wilayah Sungai (BWS) Sumatera II Medan Jl.A.H Nasution Pangkalan Masyur Medan.
Dengan luas area keseluruhan bendungan mencapai 480,2 Ha,realitanya KJPP tidak seragam memberikan nilai harga tanah,itu yang membuat masyarakat khususnya 200 KK merasa kecewa dan lebih kejam lagi belum adanya ganti rugi tanah walau proyek bendungan sudah diresmikan pada tanggal 16 Oktober 2024 yang lalu” jelasnya.
Masih menurut Julianus Ginting, ” Kalau proyek strategis nasional itu dibangun dengan tidak menyertakan desa Mardinding tentunya tidak akan terbangun,makanya harapan masyarakat disamakanlah nilai harga tanah masyarakat tersebut. Menurut kami Ada kesalahan besar yang dibuat KJPP prihal memberikan nilai harga tanah yang berpedoman dari letak tanah di pinggir jalan.Kalau nilai tanah itu maunya Persil per persil walaupun letak tanah dari jalan hendaknya KJPP turun langsung kelokasi,agar tahu persis letak tanah yang akan diganti rugi letaknya dipinggir jalan atau dalam bentuk jurang.Luar biasanya ada tanah yang bentuknya jurang diberi nilai harga tanah Rp 150.000,- (Seratus lima puluh ribu rupiah) per meter.Intinya pertemuan hari ini masyarakat dengan pihak instansi terkait yang membahas masalah nilai ganti rugi dan belum dibayarkannya uang ganti rugi, rapat ini menuai jalan buntu,” terangnya Julianus Ginting penuh kecewa.
