Karimun – srikandinews.com. Direktur Utama PT. Berkah Lautan Kepri, Alexander bersama Dirut Ops, Jusri Sabri mengelar Konsultasi Publik terkait rencana pengelolaan hasil laut diwilayah 7 Desa, di Kecamatan Sugie Besar, Kabupaten Karimun, Provinsi Kepri, Senin (14/11/2023).
Adapun 7 Desa yang diundang dalam konsultasi publik diantaranya, Desa Keban, Desa Niur Permai, Desa Tanjung Pelanduk dan Desa Sugie.
Namun ada 3 Desa, apabila wilayah rencana pengoperasian sedimentasi hasil laut ditetapkan Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan yang akan berdampak langsung terhadap mata pencairan masyarakat nelayan sekitar.
Yaitu masyarakat nelayan Desa Selatmi, Desa Buluh Putuh dan Desa Rawa Jaya.
Konsultasi Publik ini dilaksanakan disebuah Restoran Jln Lintas Pulau Sugie, yang diundang secara resmi oleh Camat, Kecamatan Sugie, Samat S.Sos., M.Si dengan mengundang.
Kapolsek Sugie, Danramil sugie yang diwakilkan, para Kepala Desa, Tokoh Masyarakat, Ketua HNSI Karimun, Ketua Kelompok Nelayan Lokal, Tokoh Pemuda serta Masyarakat setempat.
Pada kesempatannya, Camat Ahmat mengatakan berharap kepada Dirut PT.Berkah Lautan Kepri. Untuk memenuhi izin eksploitasi, Ia meminta agar izinnya dulu dipenuhi, seperti konsultasi publik yang saat ini kita gelar bersama,” ucapnya.
Karena ini adalah salah satu persyaratan untuk mendapatkan izin persetujuan masyarakat nelayan, sambung Camat memberitahukan dihadapan Dirut PT. BLK.
Sebab itulah saya memanggil bapak-bapak ketempat ini, sebutnya lagi. Supaya persetujuan dengan masyarakat dapat diketahui pihak perusahaan.
“Kalau dulu-dulunya ada istilah CD, Comunity Deplopmen. Itu suatu kegiatan pengembangan masyarakat sesuai dengan potensinya, yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk memperbesar akses masyarakat agar mencapai kondisi sosial, ekonomi dan budaya yang lebih baik. Apabila dibandingkan dengan kondisi sebelumnya,” ungkap pak Camat.
Jika kita lihat kondisi masyarakat kita saat ini, dengan adanya CD atau CSR. Sehingga kehidupan masyarakat kedepan berangsur-angsur akan berubah.
“Maka dengan inilah, kita mengadakan konsultasi publik,” tutupnya.
Kemudian acara dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian pemahaman tentang sedimentasi yang langsung dipaparkan oleh Anugerah Akbar selaku Tim Konsultan dari Kota Batam bersama Profesor Hamdi, mantan Dosen Unri asal Pekan Baru.
“Sedimentasi itu adalah pengendapan bahan yang tidak larut di air, terutama batu dan partikel tanah, yang terbawa dari daratan ke laut dan terkumpul didasar laut,” terang Prof. kepada masyarakat saat memberikan pemahaman.
Selain itu sedimentasi merupakan pecahan-pecahan material yang umumnya terdiri atas uraian batu-batuan secara fisis dan kimia, terutama pasir laut, sambung Prof. mengakhiri dengan singkat.
Kemudian dalam kesempatan yang sama, Dirut Operasional PT. Berkah Lautan Kepri. Jusri Sabri juga mengatakan dirinya sangat senang bisa berkenalan langsung dengan tokoh-tokoh masyarakat maupun pejabat yang ada disini.
“Saya hadir disini setelah diinformasikan oleh pak didi kita ini, kami hadir karena ada 7 Desa. Jadi mengenai hal apapun, kami harus bertanggung jawab,” sapa Dirut Operasional ketika dimimbar podium konsultasi publik.
Apa yang PT. Berkah Lautan Kepri perbuat di kampung ini, maka harus ada picbetnya kembali ke masyarakat.
“Kita disini adalah program pengelolaan daerah sedimentasi, jadi sedimentasi ini agak berbeda dengan tambang. Kita bukan tambang, kita sedimentasi,” ujar Jusri, putra kelahiran Tanjungpinang.
Jadi kita yang mengelola sedimentasi, kita mengambil untuk pendalaman alur dan kita bukan melalui EESDM. Tapi kita melalui Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan.
“Makanya PT. Berkah Lautan Kepri diminta untuk turun langsung melaksanakan konsultasi kepada masyarakat,” jelasnya.
Bahkan sosialisasi nanti akan kita lakukan kembali, sebelum PT. Berkah Lautan Kepri melakukan pengoperasian sedimentasi hasil laut di wilayah tersebut.
Meski konsultasi publik sempat menuai pertanyaan-pertanyaan kritis yang dilontarkan beberapa Kepala Desa, BPD dan Tokoh Masyarakat Nelayan. Akan tetapi kegiatan rencana sedimentasi hasil laut yang disampaikan masih dapat diterima masyarakat dari 7 Desa itu.
Kemudian acara dilanjutkan dengan sesi foto dan makan bersama, yang telah disediakan pihak camat, Kecamatan Sugie Besar.
