Tanjungpinang – Srikandinews.Com. Tim Gabungan Fleet One Quick Response (F1QR) Komando Armada (Koarmada) I berhasil menggagalkan penyelundupan Narkotika jenis sabu-sabu seberat 38,4 Kg dan 40.000 butir pil ekstasi di Perairan Utara Lagoi Binta Utara Kepri pada hari Kamis tanggal 16 Juli 2020.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Pangkoarmada I Laksamana Muda TNI Ahmadi Heri Purwo, S.E., M.M., yang didampingi oleh Komandan Pangkalan Utama TNI Angkatan Laut (Danlantamal) IV Tanjungpinang Laksamana Pertama TNI Indarto Budiarto, S.E., M.Han., serta Wakapolda Brigjen Pol Drs. Darmawan, M.Hum., saat memberikan keterangan pers dihadapan awak media yang berlangsung di Lobby bawah Mako Lantamal IV, Kamis (16/7/2020).
Lebih lanjut Pangkoarmada I mengatakan “Adapun kornologisnya sebagai berikut “Keberhasilan operasi ini berkat sinergitas informasi dilapangan baik dari TNI Angkatan Laut dan Kepolisian, setelah mempelajari informasi tersebut, selanjutnya Tim bergerak menuju sasaran dengan sarana speed boat dan segera melakukan penyekatan dengan membagi sektor, dimana diindikasikan sebagai jalur penyelundupan Narkoba”, tuturnya.
Lebih jauh dijelaskan “Tim melihat satu buah speed boat melaju dengan kecepatan tinggi dari arah Pengerang Malaysia menuju ke arah Perairan OPL, selanjutnya Tim melaksanakan pengejaran, terlihat pelaku membuang berberapa kantong plastik ke laut”, ujarnya
Sambung Pangkoarmada I “Tim berhasil menangkap 1 orang pelaku di Perairan Utara Lagoi yang diduga penyeludup Narkoba dengan menggunakan sarana Speed Boat dua mesin 250 PK, selanjutnya Tim melaksanakan pencarian barang bukti yang di buang ke laut di Perairan Lagoi dan temukan 3 buah kantong plastik diperkirakan berisi Narkoba jenis sabu-sabu dan pil extasi”, jelasnya.
Pangkoarmada I menambahkan “Barang bukti berupa satu buah Speed Boat, kemudian yang diduga Narkoba jenis sabu-sabu dan pil ekstasi dan pelaku diamankan di Lantamal IV untuk pemeriksan lebih lanjut”, tambahnya.
“Kepada petugas pelaku mengaku sudah 15 kali menyelundupkan barang haram tersebut dengan imbalan perkilonya RM.6.000. Dari hasil pemerikasaan bahwa benar pelaku membawa 38,4 Kg sabu-sabu dan 40.000 butir pil ekstasi.Terhadap pelaku diancam pidana mati atau pidana hukuman 20 tahun penjara serta denda sebesar Rp. 10 Milyar, hal tersebut sesuai dengan Pasal 113 UU No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika”, pungkas Pangkoarmada I.
Pelaku inisilal I waga Batam berikut barang bukti berupa 38,4 Kg sabu-sabu dan 40.000 butir pil ekstasi akan diserahkan kepada pihak Kepolisian untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
